Key responsibilities:

• At least 02 to 03 years of working experience as a graphic designer and video editor or in related fields.
  
• Managing, organizing, and completing all graphic design requests prior to deadlines.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills and video editing skills with a substantial portfolio.
• Proficiency with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, and After Effects.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the Marketing Department as well as the company, to shape compelling visual outputs that drive understanding and engagement with products and brands.
• Contributing new creative ideas, insights, and learnings to up-level creative design output.
• Creating design elements, reusable templates, and stand-alone assets that form a cohesive design system and contribute to our brand guidelines.
• Work within brand guidelines to produce work that strengthens and supports our design system.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• An understanding of how social media platforms and websites are managed.
• Excellent command in both verbal and written communication in the 
• Sinhala/English language with excellent interpersonal skills, serving a wide range of stakeholders.

Skills:

• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: WordPress, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic video editing, as needed, to fulfill marketing and creative requests.
• Eagerness to understand our market, current product suite, and customer priorities.
• Creative and comfortable with ambiguity, exploration, and iteration under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Consistent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
• High proficiency in English language (verbal, presentation, and written communication skills)
• Positive attitude, iterative approach, and ability to work with teams.
• An ability to operate a DSLR / Photography
  

The ability to interact with team members and customers in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
